Owen Cunningham Wilson (born November 18, 1968) is an American actor and writer, known for his roles in the films "The Haunting", "The Royal Tenenbaums", "Zoolander", "Meet the Parents", "Wedding Crashers", "You, Me and Dupree", "Bottle Rocket", the "Cars" series, "The Darjeeling Limited", "Marley & Me", "Midnight in Paris", "Shanghai Noon" & "Shanghai Knights" (both with co-star Jackie Chan), "Behind Enemy Lines", "Starscy and Hutch" (with co-star Ben Stiller) and "Drillbit Taylor". He is usually known for his comic roles.
He was born in "Dallas, TX".
On August 26, 2007 Owen was taken to the hospital after comitting a suicide attempt. His Lawyer later declaired that he has been undergoing treatment for "Depression".
He is a long time friend of fellow actor and comedian "Ben Stiller", they have done many movies & a few TV seriels together.
